Our rental rates include the following: vehicle rental, maintenance and lubricants, unlimited mileage for rentals of three days or more, civil liability coverage, collision coverage with a deductible, theft protection with a deductible, local taxes, 24/7 breakdown assistance, pick-up and drop-off service, a 20% VAT, and an airport fee.
232. What documents are required to rent a car?
To meet our legal obligations, we require our customers to provide the following documents: a driver’s license, passport or residence permit (for foreigners), and valid ID card for locals. We will make a copy of these documents and archive them once we have our first meeting.
233. How the payment would be made?

234. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Sometimes, a deposit is needed when booking a vehicle. This security deposit is a pre-authorization that allows the rental agency to charge your account for any issues incurred during the rental that are not covered by insurance. If no problems are found, the deposit will not be charged. If you don’t see the “security deposit” option while booking, it means it’s not required for your selected vehicle.
235. Can anyone else drive the car?
Only the person listed as the driver or second driver on the rental contract is authorized to drive the vehicle. Any additional drivers must be reported at the time the contract is finalized and must meet the following requirements: they must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license that has been held for at least two years, and be present when the contract is signed.
236. Can I change the car if I notice a mechanical failure after one hour of rental?
In case of a mechanical breakdown, please contact our agency or the 24/7 assistance service included in your rental contract. The rental agency can provide a repair authorization or arrange a car replacement.

Some of our vehicles are equipped with tracking devices, which will be used in accordance with our data protection policy.

Pricing is provided on a “per day” basis, which refers to a 24-hour period.
